Refund & Dispute Policy

At Congoods, client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Revisions

We will first work with you to resolve any concerns through revisions. Minor adjustments and fixes related to the original project scope are included at no extra cost.

Refunds

If the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed-upon scope and we are unable to resolve the issue through revisions, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not available for completed work that matches the agreed scope, or for work that has already been deployed or put into use.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can find a fair resolution. We are committed to handling every situation professionally and in good faith.
