Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time by contacting us directly. The terms of cancellation depend on the stage of work:

Before work begins

If you cancel before any work has started, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

During the project

If work is already in progress, you will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

After delivery

Once a project has been delivered and accepted, cancellation is no longer applicable. Please refer to our Refund & Dispute Policy for post-delivery concerns.
